The training processes that are based on the development of emotional and social competencies will prepare them to perform competitively as parents, members and leaders of their communities and therefore overcome individual and collective deficiencies and dependencies.
To form, among the participants of the Foundation's programs, a group of leaders who multiply and strengthen in their community that which has been learned and experienced through undertaking the process of integral development and through participating in the program “Building Citizenship”.
Facilitate the process of social and human development of volunteers, donors, ambassadors and suppliers, making their lives more rewarding as they participate in the processes of societal transformation.
